Does a recovery audit cause any disruption to me or my staff?
No. All the work is done offsite. All that is required from you is a data download and your approval of recoveries.
How far can you go back to recover money?
This depends upon how far back your data goes and also how far back your suppliers can verify a claim, but generally no more than 6 years
How do I know that we are in control of the audit process?
We do not contact any third parties without you having approved of any identified recoveries. We can also use your company email address and we refer any decisions over recoveries to you, such as supplier refunds paid in instalments etc.
We don't have a budget for this. How much is this going to cost us?
Nothing. This is because our fee is a percentage of monies actually recovered. You cannot lose because if we find nothing, you pay nothing. Our fee comes out of money you never knew was due back to you and would have lost forever if we had not peformed the recovery audit
